Born and raised in Miami FL, I have been dancing since the age of 10. My training started in ballet and modern but I took a preference in contemporary, which led me to compete with my high school dance team in many local and state competitions to then transition to the dance program in Miami Dade College and become certified in Progressing Ballet Technique in 2019. I have over 15 years of experience, teaching the ages between 2-18, some which include coaching a few high school dance teams (Mater Academy Lionettes and Palmetto Chattonettes), located in south Miami. I have also taught in dance studios all across south Florida such as Studio 61 Dance Company, Focal Point Dance Studio, Dance Unlimited Dance studio, Living Dolls Dance Studio, MIA Dance Factory, and Sean’s Dance Factory, gaining much experience in the competitive world.

A few of my credits include dancing in international commercials for a Swedish beer company, and yacht company, a music video for an Indian artist and hip-hop artist MIMS, and last but not least a movie directed by Kenny Ortega called “A Change of Hearts”.

My goal for my students is to refine the quality of their movement while teaching them the ability to create for themselves and feel comfortable doing so. And also to sophisticate their dance vocabulary and grow their knowledge of the body anatomy so they can care better for their bodies because a wise dancer makes a great dancer.
